Job Summary

The Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) will play a crucial role in optimizing our IBM Sterling systems focusing on Sterling OMS and Reverse Logistics. With 6 to 8 years of experience the candidate will enhance operational efficiency and contribute to strategic initiatives ensuring seamless integration and functionality within our hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for IBM Sterling systems. Design and implement solutions within Sterling OMS to streamline order management processes. Optimize reverse logistics workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Provide technical expertise in IBM Sterling to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Facilitate user training sessions to improve system utilization and user proficiency. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and scalability. Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize system enhancements and upgrades. Ensure seamless integration of Sterling systems with other enterprise applications. Support the hybrid work model by enabling remote access and functionality for Sterling systems. Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for system improvements.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in IBM Sterling Sterling OMS and Reverse Logistics with proven experience. Demonstrate excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve complex system issues. Exhibit proficiency in designing and implementing system solutions that align with business objectives. Have a keen understanding of order management processes and reverse logistics workflows. Show expertise in system documentation and user training to enhance system utilization.
