Job Summary

The Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) will play a pivotal role in enhancing our cross-border payment systems. With a focus on PostgreSQL Linux JBoss and SWIFT the candidate will ensure seamless integration and functionality of ISO XML 20022 messages. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of SWIFT domain skills to optimize payment processes and support business objectives. The position is day-shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and design of cross-border payment systems to ensure efficient and secure transactions. Oversee the integration of PostgreSQL databases to support robust data management and retrieval. Provide expertise in Linux environments to enhance system performance and reliability. Implement and manage JBoss applications to streamline business processes and improve user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with ISO XML 20022 messaging standards. Facilitate the smooth operation of SWIFT payment and messaging systems to support global transactions. Analyze and resolve technical issues related to cross-border payments to minimize downtime and enhance service delivery. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Support the development and testing of new features to enhance payment system capabilities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align system enhancements with business goals. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and scalability. Ensure data security and integrity across all payment systems to protect sensitive information. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in PostgreSQL enabling efficient database management and optimization. Demonstrate proficiency in Linux ensuring stable and secure system operations. Have extensive experience with JBoss facilitating seamless application deployment and management. Exhibit a deep understanding of cross-border payment systems enhancing transaction efficiency. Show proficiency in ISO XML 20022 messaging ensuring compliance and interoperability. Possess comprehensive knowledge of SWIFT payment and messaging systems supporting global financial operations. Demonstrate strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
