Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a finishing engineer who ensures the highest standards of quality,

workmanship, materials, and safety while coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and

internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure proper installation of finishes such as:

Gypsum board systems, Tiles and stone flooring, Wooden flooring, Paints and wall
finishes, Ceiling systems, Joinery and carpentry, Doors, hardware, and accessories,

Final MEP installation (fixtures, switches, outlets, sanitary, etc.)

Conduct inspections at each stage of finishing works. Ensure adherence to project quality requirements and industry standards. Prepare and monitor snag lists and supervise closing of defects before handing over. Ensure proper protection of installed finishes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Engineering, or related
field

10-15 years of experience in interior finishing works on building, fit-out, or high-end
projects.

Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and installation techniques. Problem-solving and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Site-based role with full-time presence at project location.

Pay: ?85,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
