Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Scheduling

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and sales forecasts.

Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to align production with delivery schedules.

Monitor production flow and ensure timely completion of work orders.

Material Planning & Coordination

Coordinate with the purchase and stores team for timely availability of raw materials (e.g., EVA, TPR,PU, Rubber compounds).

Monitor material consumption and maintain optimum inventory levels.

Plan mold and tooling requirements as per production schedule.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

4-7 years of experience in PPC within footwear or sole manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and production optimization is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

On-time delivery rate

Production vs. plan achievement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,642.35 - ₹42,044.87 per month
