Job Purpose:

The Civil & Mechanical Executive will support maintenance, design, and project activities across civil and mechanical domains. The role requires hands-on technical skills, CAD proficiency for preparing drawings, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Operations:

Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment and civil infrastructure.



Monitor and report equipment performance and structural conditions.

Design & CAD Work:

Prepare and update mechanical and civil drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).



Support layout planning and design modifications for projects.

Project Support:

Assist in execution of mechanical and civil projects, including installations and renovations.



Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain records of drawings, maintenance schedules, and project documentation.



Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

Experience:

2-4 years in mechanical and civil maintenance or project support.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for design and drafting.



Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, structural design, and construction practices.

Soft Skills:

Good communication and coordination abilities.



Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
