Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for the acquisition of new clients & customers, retention & dealing with existing customer.
• Responsible for revenue generation.
• Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and references.
• Listening to clients wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Creating a positive Brand Image / awareness.
• Develop & Customize Proposals and close deal/account.
• Meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills
• B2B / B2C - Sales or Customer Service Technique
• Excellent in building repo with client
• Possess excellent Convincing & Negotiation skill
• Passionate about dealing with business people and their needs
• Extra thrive to earn handsome Incentives & Commission

Job Role Information:

• Process with 10 operational hours per day inclusive of break hours of 1.5 hours & 5 days working policy that's Monday to Friday (Canadian / US Shift).
