Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Senior Executive - Business Development (B2B)
to join our team. This role involves driving business growth by engaging with large Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and managing client relationships to expand our IoT and Fleet Management Solutions. The candidate will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to OEM clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Drive the sales and business development strategy for Trinetra IoT & FMS products within the B2B OEM sector.
Identify and build relationships with large OEM clients in various industries (transportation, logistics, construction, etc.).
Generate new business opportunities and revenue streams through proactive outreach, networking, and client engagement.
Market Expansion:
Research and identify new markets, verticals, and industries that can benefit from Trinetra IoT & FMS solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product development) to expand Trinetra's footprint in the B2B sector.
Negotiation & Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve profitable business agreements while maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets, revenue, client satisfaction, and market trends.
Provide regular feedback to the leadership team on market conditions, client needs, and competitor analysis.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2B business development, with a focus on OEM clients in the IoT or Fleet Management domain.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing large OEM accounts.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the IoT, Fleet Management, GPS tracking, and telematics industries.
Experience working with large-scale solutions and technology-based services.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and senior executives.
Sales Expertise:
Solid understanding of the B2B sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing.
Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
Location & Travel:
Based in Mumbai with flexibility to travel across regions as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with OEMs in the transportation, logistics, or construction industries.
Prior experience in selling technology or SaaS solutions to large enterprises.
