Employer Branding:
Strengthen brand via social media, career pages, events, and campus drives; align with Head HR strategy.
Negotiation & Offers:
Benchmark salaries, negotiate within budgets, ensure smooth joining; escalate complex cases to Head HR.
HR Support:
Assist in induction, engagement, MIS reporting, and training initiatives; collaborate with Head HR on projects.

Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM/Graduation in HR with 4-6 years TA experience (logistics/cold chain preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ATS, portals, and social media recruitment.
Collaborative mindset to work closely with Internal and External stakeholders.
