We are looking for a leader with excellent HR expertise to join our team. As HR Director, you will be responsible for coordinating operations, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and provide strategic HR guidance

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws

- Empower, encourage, and support teams to build a culture of responsibility and accountability

- Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention

- Provide leadership and direction to the HR team

- Build and maintain a positive organizational image

- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers

- Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders

- Drive business growth through strategic HR planning

Requirements:

HRM Educational Background.

- Proven experience as an HR professional

- Excellent linguistic skills (write and speak)

- IT skills (an added advantage)

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams

- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

- Pleasing and presentable personality
