Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports generation & review
Program preparation for Optimum utilization of resources
Monitoring hired P&M asset
Monitoring HSD consumption & tracking for internal & External asset
Monitoring output form different P&M
Identification of break downs & its risk
Construction Vehicles- Dumpers, Tippers, Trailers, Four Wheelers c) Matl.Handling Equpmt- Cranes
Const.Equipments- Heavy Duty Crane,DG, Concrete Mixers, Compactors, Road Rollers, Heavy Duty Pumps, Batching plants, etc
Minimizing idle P&M
Erection of major plant & Machinery
Should handle Bridges and Metro projects.
Servicing/ Regular maintenance of equipment's
Preparation of DMR and analysis
Preparation and follow up for vehicle check list, safety check list, breakdown sheet, Daily P&M DPR, Log sheet
