B Tech in civil with 3-4 years experience in handling the site execution as well as maintenance work work of high rise projects/buildings .

Key Skills

Excellent Technical knowledge in civil construction and maintenance work.

Knowledge in M S Office.

Job Role

Monitoring both construction work execution and project maintenance work

Coordinating with workers and contractors on work completion .

Inspections and diagnostics:

Perform regular inspections of civil structures to identify potential issues and assess structural integrity.

Maintenance and repair:

Manage and execute maintenance and repair tasks for infrastructure, including responding to emergency requests.

Planning and scheduling:

Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules and plans for long-term upkeep.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety procedures and regulatory standards.

Budget management:

Assist in the budget planning for all maintenance activities and track costs.

Project oversight:

Collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders, and oversee the work of maintenance teams.

Documentation:

Keep detailed electronic records of maintenance activities, repairs, and costs.
