About the Role



We are seeking an experienced SRE Infra Engineer to join our globally distributed Infrastructure team across the US, EMEA, and Bangalore . This role focuses on building, maintaining, and operating internal infrastructure and CI/CD platforms that support approximately 200 internal developers .



This is a platform-focused enablement role with a strong emphasis on automation, reliability, and internal customer experience . The team is not responsible for net-new product development or on-call rotations but plays a critical role in keeping the business running by modernizing and maintaining core systems.



Key Responsibilities



Build, maintain, and evolve the infrastructure development lifecycle using Terraform and Ansible



Operate and maintain AWS-based infrastructure supporting internal platforms



Maintain and improve infrastructure-as-code standards and best practices



Focus on stability, scalability, and operational excellence



Act as an internal platform provider for development teams



Develop, maintain, and optimize GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines



Support CDRO and other internal operational requirements



Improve pipeline reliability, performance, and security posture



Demonstrated experience in CI/CD pipeline development and automation



Create and manage pipelines using GitHub Actions and CloudBees CDRO



Troubleshoot and debug Linux systems and infrastructure issues



Support operational needs without being part of an on-call rotation



Help revamp and modernize existing tooling and workflows



Required Skills & Experience



Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning



Strong experience with Ansible for configuration management



Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting



Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions



Strong Linux system administration and debugging skills



Solid experience working with AWS



Strong automation mindset



Nice to Have



Experience supporting internal developer platforms



Familiarity with security scanning tools in CI/CD pipelines



Experience working with globally distributed teams



Exposure to enterprise-scale infrastructure environments
