Drive Indie's SRE strategy to ensure production availability and resilience with a strong focus on excellent customer experience
Custodian and Champion of the implementation of SRE process and designs for all strategic systems and stakeholders
Bootstrap and manage a team and truncate cutting-edge SRE practice within the team and organization
Partner with business and technology teams to ensure effective communication with regard to service reliability, performance and superior customer experience
Ensure production incidents are attended to via the Digi-Support team
Dashboards and reports for Digi-Support incidents, TAT, SLA etc. to be built
Ensure RCA and postmortems are done for major incidents along with follow up items to be assigned and tracked
Identify process gaps in the current model and refine them in order to prevent SLA misses
Partner with stakeholders and system owners to ensure SLAs for any new systems are being defined and agreed upon
Key Skills: Seasoned leader with experience with managing incident management teams and running escalation processes with peers and stakeholders
Bootstrapping SRE teams in BFSI domain is a plus
Operating knowledge of ticketing systems such as -Remedy, JIRA, CRMNext
Log analysis of system for diagnostics and providing system experts details
Excellent knowledge in distributed architecture, Cloud, microservices, SOA, IaaS and PaaS
Experience in Agile and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies
