SRE


Support and troubleshoot Actimize AIS/RCM, batch cycles, workflows, and integrations.

Manage, configure, upgrade and optimize WebSphere environments (deployments, JVM tuning, SSL, clustering). Perform daily monitoring, incident response, and detailed root cause analysis. Automate deployments, patching, health checks, and operational tasks using shell scripts, Python, and Ansible playbooks. Execute production changes, release activities, and patching following change-management standards. Maintain observability through logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerts. Support platform upgrades, DR exercises, and environment stability improvements

Mandatory Skills

Actimize, WebSphere and Linux platform.

Unix shell, Python, Ansible.

patching, production changes

Linux troubleshooting, CI/CD pipeline experience

monitoring tools (Splunk/ELK/Dynatrace).

SQL/Oracle, MQ/Kafka

Docker/Kubernetes, or cloud platform knowledge .
