Job Summary

1. Proficient in IT environment Network troubleshooting Windows operating system.


2. Knowledge on DCS environment and Industrial automation structure such as PCS7 and Siemens Application. (Knowledge about OS Server OS Batch OS Client SIMATIC Logon Webserver ... ) In an IT point of view on virtual environment.


3. Knowledges in Network Firewall rules Active directory


4.Able to work on GMP environment

Responsibilities

1. Ensure L2 and L3 IT support for Industrial DCS structure (typically PCS7) by responding to technical incidents an IT request from Data Owner.


2.Analyse users issues and work with the team for improvement.


3.Communicate with a different team during investigation such as Monitoring team IT security Team Infrastructure team Industrial Automation Team.


4. Create tickets with Vendors support for different application. (Such as SIMATIC PCS7 CAD Software Engineering tools ..)


5.Participate in development of solutions procedure and project/upgrade implementation.
