- 3D Engineering- Team MemberRequirement Brief: - Team Member3 to 6 years\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2 experience in digitization and detail e ngineering of Steel plant or Oil and Gas or Pharmaceutical or Gas powerplant.This requirement is on three different tools. 1) Autod esk Plant 3D (P3D), 2.) Revit Structures, and 3.) Inventor.Auto desk Plant 3D: \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Existing Working experience on Plant 3D. Minimu m 3 years\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Knowledge on P&ID\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Knowledge on Piping layout\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Knowledge on equipment layout\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Selection of type of supports\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Support modeling\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Equipment modeling\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Extraction of isometrics in plant 3D\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2GA Drawings\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Knowledge on ASME, API, standards.\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Knowledge on Piping materials\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2BOM Generation\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Review in Navisworks Revit Structures: \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Present Working experience on Revit Structures. Minimum 3 years\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Ability to read the design drawings and generate a 3D model in Revit\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Understanding the details from the design drawings and able to create a layout Drawings out of it.\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Ability to quality check the 3D model against design drawings\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Able to c reate shop drawings which includes floor plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plan, foundation plans, details, isometric view, etc. along with schedules, quantities from 3D model.\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Ability to perform various Quality Checks to validate models for things like\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Ensure checking of all design output and coordination (Interface) between other disciplines;\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Knowledge of Navisworks and C lash Test Report Preparation\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Revit family creation and modification as per requirement\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Ensures accuracy and quality of disciplin e model information, presentation, and coordination.\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Miscellaneous Support modeling\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Etraction Markup drawingsInventor 3D: \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2 Present Working experience on Inventor, Minimum 3 years.\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Knowledge of detail drawings of equipment\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Knowledge on various IS code \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Knowledge\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2s on part modeling and assemble modeling\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Knowledge on Steel Industry\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Reviewing Vendor Drawings\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Part Modeling Knowl edge in inventor\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Sheet Metal works in Inventor\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2GA Drawing\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Coordination with the Civil and Piping.\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Basic engineering design a nd calculations\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Selection of material based on the application\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Basic mechanical engineering\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Manufacturing process knowledge\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2 Selection of basic mechanical elements, Pneumatics, Accessories etc\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Should have knowledge of materials like Mild steel/ Stainless steel etc., \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xc2\xa2Awareness of structural steels like Channels, Beams, Plates, Pipes etc., & fasteners
