Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Marketing Automation Specialists.
Drive the automation strategy across platforms, ensuring personalised, multi-channel experiences.
Design, build, and optimise campaigns using Eloqua, including emails, landing pages, and forms.
Ensure seamless data integration and maintain high technical standards.
Champion best practices and innovation in marketing automation tools and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation with business goals.
Provide training, onboarding, and upskilling programs for team and wider marketing staff.
Monitor campaign performance, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
Requirements:
5-8+ years of marketing automation experience, with
Eloqua expertise
(certification preferred).
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and projects.
Technical proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript basics, and campaign management tools.
Solid understanding of data-driven marketing, demand generation, and customer journeys.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
