Role: Sr.Automation Engineer

Location: Greater Noida, Onsite

Industry : Manufacturing - Food Processing Machinery

Responsibilities

Meeting and knowing the requirements for automation based on electrical and mechanical needs.

Reading and interpreting the logical flow diagram.

Team building & task assignment

Working on multiple orders in hand & delivery on time

Prepare electrical wiring circuit diagram

Using automation software to write PLC programs: code, test, run & operate

Testing the program using automation equipment for its reliability.

Troubleshooting any faults in the system.

Supervising the team for installation of PLC programs.

Providing guidance and support to the Technicians & team & also working with mechanical team ensure seamless synchronization

Offering training to the Technicians and other team members.

Maintaining the record of PLC programs; existing, new & updated

Preparing user manuals

Working in coordination with the Engineering and Production team.

End client Site support: physical at site & online

Coordinating with team to ensure proper work flow & trouble shooting to ensure timely delivery of control system for machine testing

Storing programs, data & customer information in proper folders & make available with authorised team members of company

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Automation / electronics / electrical Engineering, or a related degree.

Extensive knowledge of PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, sequential function charts, etc.

Exceptional logic reasoning abilities.

Excellent ability to work under no supervision.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Willingness to travel as and when required.

Ability to solve complex problems.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Excellent mathematics and arithmetic skills.

A keen eye for details for accuracy.

Ability to work in a team environment

Work in office or work at site

Overall 10-15 years' experience. With atleast 3-4 years in managerial role

Pay: From ?40,000.00 per month
