We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Senior Associate- Operations
to oversee day-to-day operations related to gemstones and other spiritual products. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of gemstones/jewellery, hands-on experience with vendor coordination, and a knack for ensuring smooth backend execution of orders and logistics.
Product & Inventory Management
Oversee procurement of gemstones and related spiritual products, ensuring quality standards are met.
Conduct regular quality checks and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Maintain gemstone certification records and ensure authenticity protocols are strictly followed.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders through coordination with internal teams and logistics partners.
Track order flow from placement to dispatch and handle any delays or operational issues. o Maintain packaging quality standards aligned with brand expectations.
Vendor Management.
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for gemstones, jewellery, and spiritual products.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supply terms to maintain cost-efficiency and reliability.
Monitor vendor performance and resolve any supply-side issues promptly.
Design Coordination .
Collaborate with AutoCAD designers to convert product ideas or customer preferences into technical CAD drawings.
Ensure all designs align with current jewellery market trends and meet feasibility for production.
Provide feedback to designers based on customer inputs, brand aesthetics, and production capabilities.
Cross-Function Collaboration
Work closely with the sales, customer support, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations across departments.
Support cross-pitching of related or complementary products to increase customer basket size and drive sales.
Assist the customer support team with backend information related to product specs, delivery status, and packaging. Production & Quality Liaison
Coordinate with manufacturing/jewellery units to ensure accurate and timely production based on approved CADs.
Monitor the production process to identify and resolve bottlenecks or quality deviations. o Ensure that final outputs are aligned with design expectations and ready for timely dispatch.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Identify inefficiencies or gaps in current operational processes and recommend solutions. o Maintain records, reports, and dashboards to track performance, order flow, and inventory movement.
Ensure continuous optimization of backend operations to support the company's growth goals.
