Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Flask Django Node JS Azure Architecture and AWS. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English and involves rotational shifts. Experience in retail logistics is a plus enhancing our supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable architecture solutions using Flask Django and Node JS to enhance application performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Azure and AWS services ensuring seamless cloud operations. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications driving efficient project execution. Oversee the development and deployment of software solutions ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct regular code reviews and performance assessments to maintain high-quality software deliverables. Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues minimizing downtime and optimizing system performance. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs and system configurations. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and align technical strategies with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations safeguarding company and customer information. Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams promoting collaboration and understanding. Drive the adoption of agile methodologies enhancing project delivery and responsiveness to change.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Flask Django and Node JS with a proven track record of successful project implementations. Demonstrate strong proficiency in Azure Architecture and AWS with the ability to design and deploy cloud-based solutions. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to address complex technical challenges effectively. Have a solid understanding of outbound and inbound logistics in the retail sector contributing to supply chain optimization. Show exceptional communication skills in English both written and spoken facilitating clear and effective interactions. Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
