Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Architect with 13 to 17 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in M365 Copilot and a strong background in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency in our projects contributing to the companys mission of enhancing healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of complex architectural solutions using M365 Copilot to enhance healthcare systems. Oversee the integration of Medicare and Medicaid Claims processes to ensure seamless operations. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring alignment with architectural standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support project delivery and compliance. Ensure the scalability and performance of healthcare applications by optimizing system architecture. Conduct regular reviews of system architecture to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve healthcare solutions. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in M365 Copilot. Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the organization at the forefront of healthcare technology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals. Provide expert advice on best practices for claims processing and payer systems to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all architectural designs.

Qualifications

Possess a deep understanding of M365 Copilot and its application in healthcare systems. Demonstrate extensive experience in Medicare and Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions. Show proficiency in architectural documentation and technical specifications. * Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and teams.
