Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs based on client needs and environmental considerations. Prepare feasibility reports and design proposals. Create detailed blueprints and specifications. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Oversee construction progress and conduct site visits. Manage project budgets and timelines. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of architectural principles and building materials. Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Creativity and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
