Hiring Sr.Accountant (Manager) preferred from Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, ledger entries, and reconciliations. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Supervise payroll, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances (ESI, PF etc.). Handle vendor payments, expense monitoring, and bank reconciliations. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. Support management in financial planning and cost control initiatives. Maintain MIS reports and share financial insights with management. Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory documentation. Collaborate with different departments for financial approvals and cost tracking.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) preferred. Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and ERP systems. Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and manage a small finance team.
