Experience & Knowledge:

1+ year

of hands-on experience in

Salesforce

and/or

Zoho CRM

development. Solid understanding of

CRM business processes

(Sales, Support, Marketing). Experience in customizing and configuring

Salesforce

(Apex, Visualforce, LWC basics). Experience in developing workflows, automation, and custom modules in

Zoho CRM

. Familiarity with

Zoho Deluge scripting

and Zoho Creator apps. Knowledge of

integration techniques

using REST/SOAP APIs. Basic understanding of

data migration

, cleansing, and management tools (e.g., Salesforce Data Loader, Zoho Import tools).
