We are seeking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our team. As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our WordPress websites and ensuring their optimal performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and enhance the user experience. Responsibilities of Sr. WordPress Developer:

? Would be able to lead the development and maintenance of WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability as per the set industry standards

? Perfectly and timely collaborate with the design, front-end and content teams to implement and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements with high scalability

? Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins, adhering to best practices and coding standards that can be verified with the testing team for ensuring the quality measures

? Optimize website performance, including page load speed, caching, and database optimization along with the other aspects to make it perfect

? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress websites, including debugging and fixing bugs, compatibility issues, and plugin conflicts

? Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, assisting them in problem-solving and code reviews.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in WordPress development and propose innovative solutions to enhance our websites.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and provide accurate timelines for development tasks.

? Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality, compatibility, and responsiveness of WordPress websites across different devices and browsers.

? Stay informed about website security best practices and implement necessary measures to protect against vulnerabilities and cyber threats.

? Staying at the forefront of web development by researching and implementing emerging technologies and trends

? Implementing advanced performance optimization techniques, including server-side optimizations, caching strategies, and content delivery networks (CDNs)

? Ensuring robust security measures, including data encryption, user authentication, and protection against common web vulnerabilities

? Mentoring junior team members, offering guidance on complex development tasks, troubleshooting, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications & Skill Set: -

? Proven experience (5+ years) working as a WordPress Developer, with a focus on custom theme and plugin development.

? It's better to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

? Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

? Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, including themes, plugins, and core functionality.

? Experience with popular WordPress frameworks, such as Genesis, Divi, or Elementor.

? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.

? Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools.

? Expertise in responsive design principles and ensuring websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

? Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

? Solid experience in controlling hosting and cPanel.
