Duties
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets while fostering a culture of high performance.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and objectives.
Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the industry.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles.
Strong management skills with a track record of leading successful sales teams.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Demonstrated expertise in business development strategies and account management.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
