Senior Web Content Specialist
Location: India (Hybrid)
Department: Digital Experience / Web Programs
Reports to: Senior Manager, Digital Experience / Web Programs
Your Impact:
We are seeking a Senior Web Content Specialist to join our Digital Experience team. This role blends hands-on web content expertise with strong operational coordination. You will publish and optimize content, manage intake requests through JIRA/Trello and provide reporting that helps the team improve efficiency and deliver a high-quality digital experience.
You will also serve as the lead support for our web content team in India, helping coordinate requests, clarify requirements and ensure consistent publishing standards. In addition, you will run content-focused audits to surface insights, strengthen user journeys and enforce compliance with accessibility, legal and branding standards.
What the Role offers:

• Content Publishing & Engagement - Execute and optimize content updates and campaigns in the CMS and implement on-page engagement tools (e.g., Wisepops) ensuring accuracy, accessibility and brand alignment.
• Operational Coordination - Manage content requests in JIRA/Trello, track progress and provide reporting on ticket volumes, turnaround times and efficiency.
• Journey & Optimization Support - Apply SEO best practices and structured content recommendations from the SEO team; refine and connect content to strengthen user journeys and engagement.
• Audits & Quality Checks - Conduct regular content audits using Semrush and other tools to assess accuracy, freshness and journey gaps; surface actionable insights to improve usability and performance.
• Collaboration & Governance - Work with Business Unit leads, SEO managers and Creative Services to align content with business priorities; enforce compliance with accessibility, legal and brand standards.
• Team Support - Serve as the lead support for the web content team in India, coordinating requests, clarifying requirements and ensuring consistency in publishing standards.
• Knowledge Sharing - Share best practices with teammates to strengthen quality and efficiency in web content delivery.

What you need to succeed:

• 3-5 years of experience in web content management or digital marketing.
• Strong skills with enterprise CMS and familiarity with JIRA/Trello or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and ability to use and analyze Semrush reports.
• Familiarity with web analytics (GA4), heatmapping/session tools such as Microsoft Clarity and engagement tools such as Wisepops.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Track record of improving processes and supporting operational efficiency.
