: Warehouse Executive

Location: Kulana Jhajjar

Position Overview:

We are seeking a

Warehouse Executive

with hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and timely store deliveries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing offline inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end

offline inventory operations

, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock using

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

. Apply

FIFO/LIFO stock control methods

to ensure proper rotation and minimize inventory discrepancies. Plan and coordinate

timely delivery of products to stores

based on demand and operational requirements. Conduct regular

physical stock verification

and reconcile differences with system data. Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward goods, including invoices, delivery challans, and gate passes. Coordinate with

store teams, transporters, and internal departments

to maintain seamless supply chain operations. Maintain

warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards

. Report daily inventory status, delivery updates, and operational issues to supervisors or management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in warehouse operations and inventory management. Strong knowledge of

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

. Expertise in

FIFO and LIFO inventory management methods

. Excellent organizational, documentation, and stock reconciliation skills. Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with store teams and transporters. Commitment to maintaining warehouse efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
