Job Description

Real estate branding agency experience will be prefer.

Develop and execute high-quality design concepts, including branding, campaigns, digital and print collateral, social media assets, and presentations.

Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the creative team to generate innovative ideas.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.

Work closely with account managers, copywriters, and other team members to understand client objectives and provide creative solutions.

Present design concepts and ideas directly to clients and incorporate feedback effectively.

Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to keep the agency's work cutting-edge.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Required Skills

, such as: Midjourney, DALLE, Adobe Firefly (AI image generation) Runway AI (video creation/editing) ChatGPT/Gemini (concept development & content ideation) Canva AI, Photoshop AI features Ability to

use AI for mockup creation, campaign ideation, layout optimization, and rapid concept visualization.

Understanding of

prompt engineering

and AI integration in creative workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent

. Minimum

5 years of agency experience

. Strong portfolio showcasing

high-quality creative work across media formats

Software Proficiency (Mandatory)

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Video & Motion Graphics

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro

3D / Animation (Optional but Preferred)

Blender, Cinema4D, Autodesk tools

Digital & Web

Print Prepress Knowledge

Final artwork setups & formats
