Key Responsibilities:
Lead the visual design process from concept to final execution for digital, print, and multimedia projects.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand look across all creative assets including marketing materials, social media, UI/UX elements, presentations, packaging, and campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, content, and development to deliver visually compelling solutions.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Experience:
4-7 years of experience in visual or graphic design roles.
Skills:
Mastery of design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, etc.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design thinking and execution.
Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.
Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Preferred:

Experience in [industry, e.g., advertising, tech, real estate, etc.].
Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
