Job Title: Sr. Video Editor

Chandok Creations is a growing video editing & post-production company in Mohali, working with international clients on Podcasts, Explanation Videos, E-commerce Ads, Real Estate Videos, Social Media Content, Reels and Long-form videos. We are passionate about delivering creative, high-quality content that helps brands, creators, and businesses engage with their audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the editing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and up to standard. Review, refine, and provide feedback on edits to maintain consistent quality. Monitor ongoing projects, assign tasks, and balance workload within the team. Apply advanced editing techniques, motion graphics, and color grading to elevate video quality. Stay ahead of video trends and introduce innovative ideas to enhance content. Troubleshoot workflow challenges and implement efficient solutions. Ensure all edits align with brand guidelines and storytelling standards.
Skills & Software Knowledge:

Strong skills in

Adobe Premiere Pro

and

Adobe After Effects (Advanced)

. Good knowledge of

color grading

and storytelling techniques. Understanding of video pacing, transitions, and sound syncing. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Can manage multiple projects while keeping attention to detail.
Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum

2 years

of experience in video editing. Must have worked on different types of videos (reels, ads, YouTube content, etc.). Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field is a plus. A strong portfolio showcasing different video formats (ads, social media, long-form, reels).
