Role Overview

We are hiring a

Video Editor

who is passionate about combining creative storytelling with cutting-edge AI video tools. In this role, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and producing engaging short-form and branded videos using tools like

Runway, Pika Labs, PixVerse, Sora

, and similar platforms.

You'll work closely with the content, brand, and performance marketing teams to bring campaigns to life through AI-generated video assets tailored for social media, ads, product explainers, and community storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create high-quality,

AI-generated video content

for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and paid ads. Use tools such as

Runway ML, Pika, PixVerse, Sora (OpenAI), and Kaiber AI

to create dynamic and engaging visuals. Edit and enhance AI-generated outputs for smooth transitions, brand consistency, and storytelling impact. Collaborate with the brand and social teams to translate briefs into video narratives using generative AI tools. Stay ahead of AI video trends and regularly suggest new formats, tools, and techniques. Maintain a video asset library and document prompt workflows for reproducibility.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in

video editing

,

motion graphics

, or

visual content creation

. Strong understanding and proven use of

generative AI video tools

like Runway, Pika, PixVerse, Sora, or similar. Basic to advanced editing skills using tools like

Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro

. Creative storytelling ability with a good eye for pacing, transitions, music, and brand tone. Understanding of

platform-specific content styles

(Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Passion for beauty, wellness, or lifestyle content is a bonus.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with 3D or AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALLE, Adobe Firefly). Experience working with creative or marketing teams in D2C, beauty, or fashion brands. Experience editing UGC, influencer videos, or testimonial content.
