Job Description

We are looking for

creative, detail-oriented, and fast-paced Senior Video Editor

with

2-3 years of experience

working in a

digital marketing agency

environment. If you live and breathe edits, transitions, and storytelling - and you know how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content - we want you on our team.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance speed and quality, understands brand communication, and is passionate about delivering videos that

engage, convert, and inspire.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for social media, ads, websites, and brand campaigns Craft short-form and long-form content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing strategists to bring campaign ideas to life Understand brand guidelines and marketing goals to create purpose-driven video content Add sound, music, transitions, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling Manage and organize video assets, backups, and version control
Optimize videos for engagement, performance, and SEO (basic understanding is a plus)

Requirements:

2-3 years of proven video editing experience in a

digital marketing agency

or similar fast-paced environment Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or similar) Strong knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics Understanding of social media trends, video formats, and audience psychology Ability to work on tight deadlines and quick turnarounds Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling Bonus: Basic animation skills or experience with product explainer videos
