You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, professional videos that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Post-Production:
Edit high-quality corporate videos, interviews, and brand documentaries.
Social Media Content:
Create fast-paced, engaging Reels, Shorts, and TikTok content with trending transitions, captions, and effects.
Storytelling:
Review shooting scripts and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity.
Audio Enhancement:
Perform sound design, including music selection, audio leveling, and noise reduction.
Motion Graphics:
Create basic lower-thirds, title cards, and animated text overlays.
Quality Control:
Ensure all videos meet technical standards (resolution, aspect ratios for different platforms, and color grading).
Technical Skills & Software Requirements
Adobe Premiere Pro:
Expert-level proficiency for primary editing.
CapCut (Desktop/Mobile):
Advanced knowledge for creating trending social media content quickly.
Secondary Software:
Familiarity with After Effects (basic motion graphics) and DaVinci Resolve (color grading) is a plus.
Platform Knowledge:
Deep understanding of video requirements for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience.
A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating corporate and social media work.
Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
