Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the

end-to-end video production process

from concept to final delivery. Edit and assemble

raw footage, graphics, animations, music, and sound effects

into polished, high-quality videos. Collaborate with the

creative, marketing, and content teams

to understand project requirements. Create and optimize videos for

digital platforms (YouTube, social media, websites, ads, campaigns, etc.)

. Mentor and guide

junior editors and video team members

. Implement advanced editing techniques, including

color grading, motion graphics, VFX, and sound design

. Ensure all video content aligns with

brand guidelines and messaging

. Manage multiple projects with

strict deadlines and quick turnarounds

. Stay updated with the

latest trends, tools, and technologies

in video editing and storytelling.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/diploma in

Film Editing, Media Production, Visual Communication

, or related field. 3+ years of proven experience as a

Video Editor / Senior Video Editor

. Expertise in editing software like

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Audition

. Strong knowledge of

motion graphics, VFX, and audio editing

. A strong

portfolio/showreel

showcasing high-quality video editing projects. Excellent sense of

storytelling, pacing, visual composition, and detail orientation

. Ability to work independently as well as lead a

team of editors
