Job Role:

We are looking for a Senior UX designer with experience driving successful outcomes for users and business. You\'ll be a rounded end-to-end designer with a range of skills to call upon across the design life cycle, from research to delivery.

Specifically, we\'re keen to bring onboard a designer capable of prototyping and quickly iterating concepts based on user feedback and rigorous with design support during development.

You\'ll join a team of designers, working on the future platforms and will become a part of the global Experience Design team, who are bringing user-centered design to CBRE.

The Senior UX Designer will work closely with the UX researchers, product owners, usability testing leads, engineers, and an existing team of high performing designers to create the user experience for the core journeys and products of CBRE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with product management, engineering and other designers to help define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, experience, and visuals
• Manage relationships with global business partners, brainstorm and create concepts which form the user experiences cross channel (mobile, tablet and desktop)
• Be a passionate advocate for the user, ground ideas in data driven solutions by partnering with our User Experience Research team to incorporate customer insights and principles throughout the creative process.
• Conceptualizing original ideas based on user research, user studies and evaluation that bring simplicity to complex design requirements.
• Creating, communicating and follow design guidelines, patterns, and libraries
• Documenting the user experience through mock-ups, design specs, and prototype demos
• Creating wireframes, user flows/journeys, and site maps that communicate interaction design concepts
• Executing UX and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

Key Requirements:

Ability to learn quickly and take initiatives

Clear understanding of core UX principles (UI design, information architecture, and product definition etc.)

Experience working in direct collaboration with product leadership, development managers, and business stakeholders

Experience with scrum and agile development environments

Skill in combing through analytics and behavioral insights to generate new experiments and opportunities to improve our products and differentiate the user experience

Clear and confident communicator with an affinity for visual storytelling, knows how to communicate with team, peers, and business leads

Profound capacity to turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences

Fluency with design tools, most notably Figma, XD, Miro, Airtable and other UX & prototyping software

Ability to create both high & low-fidelity prototypes

Excellent presentation and documentation skills

Strong portfolio that demonstrates skills in User Experience processes and techniques
