General Summary:
We are looking for a UX Strategist to join our team and contribute to key business functions. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive UX strategies for enterprise-level products.
• Leverage user analytics, behavioral data, A/B testing, and KPIs to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Continuously assess and refine digital experiences based on data feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure consistent UX practices across products.
• Present UX strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• 5+ years in UX design with a focus on enterprise solutions and strategic thinking.
• Strong understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap, Tableau).
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools such as InVision.
• Experience with usability testing, user interviews, and surveys.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
