Handle

full life cycle recruitment

for US-based IT positions. Source candidates through

job portals

(Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed), networking, and referrals. Screen candidates for

technical skills, communication, and experience

. Work with

C2C, W2, 1099

hiring types and understand US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT). Coordinate

interviews

, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates. Maintain a strong

candidate pipeline

for future requirements. Negotiate

rates/salaries

and close candidates professionally. Update and manage the

ATS/Recruitment tracker

regularly. Work during

US night shift

(EST/PST timing).

Required Skills

1-5 years of experience in

US IT recruitment

(freshers with strong communication can also apply). Excellent

spoken & written communication skills

. Experience working with

VMS/Direct Clients

is a plus. Strong knowledge of

US hiring processes

, visa classifications, and tax terms. Ability to work in a

target-driven

and fast-paced environment. Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Experience using

ATS systems

and modern sourcing tools. Prior experience in

C2C recruitment
