S3Connections Private Ltd Hyderabad is looking for a passionate and experienced

US IT Recruiter

to join our Hyderabad-based team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both from our Hitech City office and remotely. You'll play a key role in sourcing and placing top IT talent across the US market, working closely with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit Coordinate interviews with clients and manage the end-to-end recruitment process Negotiate compensation, work authorizations, and start dates with candidates Maintain and update ATS with candidate and client interactions Build and nurture relationships with consultants and clients for long-term engagement Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements (e.g., drug tests, background checks)
Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with technical roles (Java, .NET, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.) Ability to work US time zones (EST/CST preferred) Proficiency in using ATS and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Tier 1 vendors or direct clients Prior experience in a staffing agency environment Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
