We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, sourcing top-tier IT talent for our clients across the United States. You will leverage your expertise in technical recruiting to identify, engage, and secure qualified candidates for a variety of IT roles, including software engineers, developers, system administrators, project managers, and more.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified IT professionals.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
Client Management:
Understand client requirements and provide consultative recruitment services. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on market trends and talent availability.
Technical Understanding:
Develop a deep understanding of various IT roles and technologies to accurately assess candidate qualifications.
ATS Management:
Utilize and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure accurate data.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate salary and benefits packages and close candidates effectively.
Mentoring and Training:
Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices within the team.
Reporting and Analytics:
Track and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a proven track record of success in placing IT professionals.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies, including software development, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity.
Sourcing Skills:
Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media recruiting.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and team members.
Relationship Building:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
ATS Proficiency:
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Other Skills:
