Max CTC we offer - 7.5LPA + 2L Variable Pay Min Work Experience 4+yrs Job Title: Sr UI/UX & Graphic Designer Bond - 2 Years Location: Work from Office We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Product and Visual Design Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our product\'s user experience and ensuring that our visual identity aligns with our brand vision. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional design skills, and management expertise to lead a talented team in creating compelling products. Roles & Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership in product and visual design, ensuring alignment with the company\'s brand and goals. Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, for both digital and physical products. Design and coordinate advertisement campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across various channels. Lead and manage the marketing team, including setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and creating a positive collaborative work culture. Allocate design resources effectively, managing workloads and deadlines. Monitor tasks delegated to you to ensure task completion within agreed deadlines, and maintain at least 75% of the KPI to justify your fixed pay. Establishing KPIs and KRAs to ensure that all team members are consistently meeting their deliverables thereby aligning with the company\'s vision, mission, goals and targets. Drive the UI/UX design strategy to enhance user satisfaction and usability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions. Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide for the brand. Create visually stunning and intuitive designs for various platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience. Work closely with the CEO to align product design with overall brand and promotional strategies in all channels. Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design concepts. Assume complete ownership and responsibility for overseeing all marketing related matters both individually and as a team. Develop effective go to marketing strategies, create product positioning and messaging and drive awareness and adoption through various marketing channels. Ensure the effective use of digital channels to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company\'s Overall goals and objectives. Create and manage a marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum return on investment. Analyze and evaluate market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, and public relations. Ensure the company\'s website and digital presence are optimized for search engines and user experience. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively. Any other tasks that are pertinent to your role in the organization or assigned by the CEO or your reporting officer, which fall under the job of a marketing manager. Key Qualifications: Demonstrated strengths in attention to detail, organizational prowess, management, marketing, and tactical skills. Extensive knowledge in Shopify & CSS Code. Proven ability to handle teams and shoulder leadership responsibilities effectively. Demonstrated expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization. Experience in providing creative direction. Proven experience in managing campaigns. Previous roles showcasing leadership skills. Capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge in Product Designing and Visual Designing. Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. Proficiency in managing marketing initiatives and assisting the creative team in designing promotional materials. Strong aptitude for rapid learning and excellent research skills. Strong written communication skills. Interest and experience with Ecommerce companies and brands. Familiarity with AGILE Framework & AIDA Framework.
