About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and versatile UI/UX Lead who combines strong design skills with hands-on front-end development expertise in HTML, CSS, and Angular. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end user experience -- from conceptual design to responsive implementation -- ensuring visually stunning and high-performing interfaces for Pratra's travel technology products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the UI/UX design strategy for Pratra's travel platforms and applications.

Create user-centric wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Convert approved designs into responsive HTML/CSS layouts, ensuring cross-browser and mobile compatibility.

Develop and integrate front-end components using Angular and ensure seamless connection with backend APIs.

Define and maintain a unified design system and UI standards across products.

Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality interfaces.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuous UI/UX improvements.

Mentor junior designers and front-end developers, fostering creativity and technical excellence.

Stay updated with emerging UI trends, front-end frameworks, and travel tech design patterns.

Required Skills & Experience:

5

+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development, including at least 2 years in a lead role.

Strong hands-on experience in:

o

UI/UX design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

o

Front-end development: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Angular (latest versions)

o

Responsive and adaptive web design techniques

Experience implementing pixel-perfect UI designs into working Angular components.

Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design principles.

Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with an eye for visual detail.

Nice to Have:

Experience designing or developing travel tech platforms, booking engines, or customer portals.

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks beyond Angular (React, Vue.js).

Understanding of API integration, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
