We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong design background, capable of producing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in crafting high-quality images, user-centric wireframes, and engaging animated banners that elevate brand presence and support marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Experience with HTML5/CSS for banner ads is a plus.


Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.


Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, Animate).


Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision.


Solid understanding of design principles, UX/UI best practices, and branding standards.


Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.


3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.

Requirements

Conceptualize, design, and produce creative assets including marketing images, wireframes, infographics, digital ads, and animated banners. Translate marketing and product strategies into engaging visual narratives. Create wireframes and mockups to guide user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for websites, landing pages, and applications. Design animated assets for web, social media, and display advertising using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Animate, or similar. Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and inclusion. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback and creative direction when needed. Highly self-motivated and time management skills needed. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data. Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
