We are currently seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Chandigarh/Mohali and help us design intuitive applications for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand product requirements, target audience, and user needs. - Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and validate concepts. - Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications. - Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience. - Stay current with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, incorporating them into your designs. - Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across all company products. - Present design concepts and deliverables to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as necessary. - Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design quality throughout the development process Desired Candidate Profile - 06 Yrs of proven exp in UI/UX design, preferably in the IT services sector - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating user-centered design solutions for web, mobile, and desktop applications. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. - Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, InVision, Marvel, or similar. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.
