Job description:

Conducting user research to understand client needs, behaviors, and preferences.

Analyzing client feedback and data to inform design decisions.

Creating wireframes to outline the basic structure and layout of digital products.

Developing interactive prototypes to test design concepts and functionality.

Designing the visual elements of digital products, including color schemes, typography, and imagery.

Ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment across all interfaces.

Iterating on designs based on user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.

Communicating design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Documenting design decisions, guidelines, and specifications to ensure consistency and facilitate communication with development teams.

Creating style guides and design systems to maintain consistency across products and platforms.

Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Continuously improving skills and exploring new tools and techniques to enhance design capabilities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or reseacher similar role.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Knowledge of usability principles and best practices.

- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Experience with motion design and animation is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
