Designation - UI/UX Designer
Location - Gurugram
Experience - 10+ years of total experience as a UI/UX designer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the UX design process:

From initial concept to final delivery, ensuring a user-centered approach.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

Working with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.

Conduct user research:

Conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

Create wireframes and prototypes:

Developing low and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.

Develop and maintain design systems:

Ensuring consistency across products and platforms by creating and maintaining design systems.

Advocate for user-centered design:

Promoting best practices in UX design and ensuring a user-friendly experience across all platforms.

Mentor junior designers:

Providing guidance and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends:

Continuously learning about new technologies, tools, and design trends to improve user experience.

Present design solutions:

Effectively communicating design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporating feedback.

Solve complex design problems:

Addressing user pain points and finding creative solutions to improve the overall user experience.

Ensure design consistency:

Maintaining a consistent look and feel across all digital products and platforms.

Analyze business and customer needs:

Rigorously analyzing business and customer needs to develop effective design solutions.

Contribute to product vision:

Collaborating with product managers to define the overall UX strategy and goals of a project.

Create user personas and journeys:

Developing user personas and journey maps to understand user behavior and guide design decisions.

Develop and maintain design documentation:

Creating site maps, wireframes, and other documentation to guide the development process.
Skills Required:

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to mentor and guide junior designers. Experience with user research methodologies. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

Education:

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related field such as Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Arts, or Computer Science.
