We are now looking for a

Senior UI/UX Designer

to join our creative team and play a key role in designing impactful digital experiences for web and mobile applications across multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process for client and internal projects -- from concept to final delivery. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points. Translate client requirements and business goals into intuitive, user-friendly designs. Create

user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms. Build and maintain

design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines

for scalability and consistency. Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies. Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction to ensure high design quality across all deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or a related field. Minimum

5 years of hands-on experience

in UI/UX design within an IT services or digital agency environment. Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects (web and mobile). Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator

, etc. Excellent understanding of

UX principles, information architecture, wireframing, and responsive design

. Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to clients and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is an added advantage.

Good to Have

Experience designing dashboards, enterprise apps, or SaaS products. Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards. Experience working in

Agile/Scrum

environments. Knowledge of

motion design or micro-interactions
