Location: Bangalore Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Innovate and design high-impact, user-driven solutions across web and mobile platforms. \xe2\x97\x8f Craft graphic elements, assets, and visual treatments that adapt and flow with responsive design systems. \xe2\x97\x8f Partner with developers to ensure that interactive techniques and technologies translate through to shipping products. \xe2\x97\x8f Prototype and iterate on high-fidelity mockups reflecting all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decision-making. Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio of design projects . \xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision . \xe2\x97\x8f A strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and design principles. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications. \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in design, psychology, business, human-computer interaction (HCI), or any related Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb921,660.72 - \xe2\x82\xb974,739.76 per month Schedule:
