Job Title: Sr. Software EngineerLocations: Bangalore / Pune/ AhmedabadReports to: Manager, Software EngineeringA quick snapshot\xe2\x80\xa6We are looking for a talented Sr. Software Engineer-UI to help us build the next-gen Conga products and lead the platform-level design, development, and implementation of critical business enterprise applications. You will lead the team to develop aesthetic standards and brand integrity. You will have end-to-end user experience and consistency across the entire product design and development. You will act as a subject matter expert as this will pertain to building architecture and working with cross-functional teams to help resolve issues which will help them translate these into technical requirements for the development team.Why it\'s a big deal\xe2\x80\xa6This is one of the critical roles in the UI technology stack as you will be leading and creating an impact on user interface (UI) development systems. The information formulating UI architecture, and navigation of complex data structures, along with your collaborative techniques will define the customer\'s journey on the web application that is most conducive to business success. It is a portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrate experiences crafting usable digital interfaces. You will articulate a future-proof design & development strategy for multi-audience, multi-channel, multi-app solutions.Are you the person we\'re looking for?Related experience. You should have more than 5 years of experience in UI Development with a demonstrated drive to learn and progress in these technical areas and the art of development is a must.Front-end Technologies. You should have expert knowledge of Front-End development technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, JS Frameworks (Angular, React), CSS abstraction (Less, SASS), package bundlers (webpack), and task runners (Grunt/Gulp)Web Technology Stack. You should understand the web technology stack (HTTP, cookies, asset loading/caching, REST) and professional best practices for Software Development Life Cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous integration, build processes, testing, and operations.Here\'s what will give you an edge\xe2\x80\xa6Analytical thinker and creative problem solver. You should be able to see issues holistically and follow the stack flow to get to the root of the matter -- a key skill in this role. But your ability to identify creative solutions to unique customer requirements is where you shine. This is critical for ensuring our customer\'s issues are resolved to meet or exceed their expectations without increasing their costs.Quality oriented. You rarely make mistakes because you have good processes to ensure every detail is correct. But in those rare occasions when errors are realized (let\'s face it, it happens to the best of us from time to time), you own them, correct them, learn from them, and then quickly adjust and communicate processes to ensure the same mistake doesn\'t happen twice. It\'s your transparency, authenticity, and humility that sets you apart from the rest.Good to have skills. We prefer you to have experience in developing multiple web app frameworks and stacks, JavaScript design patterns, functional programming practices, performance tuning of JavaScript apps on browsers, and Prior experience with Salesforce PaaS and CRM preferred most.Education.
