Be part of a Treasury Capability team that manages the APAC Treasury activities for several Global Corporate subsidiaries of Koch Industries Inc. Assist the Treasury Manager with the day-to-day India Cash management and Treasury operations in a dynamic environment focused on value creation.
What will you do

• Manage cash, investments and foreign exchange for business operations in India and potentially support other regions
• Ensure optimal use of technology to modernize payments processes and optimize liquidity
• Interface with Koch's bank group to select optimal mix of cash management providers, FX desks, investment desks
• Enhance controls throughout the process
• Build strong relationships with internal customers and outside counterparties
• Electronic banking system (EBS) and FX trading system management and administration: Ensure proper understanding of the functionalities and work with Treasury and businesses team to ensure systems are setup appropriately by effectively maintaining proper segregation of duties and controls to mitigate fraud. Adhere to the businesses\' needs and frameworks, training users properly
• Manage and properly store all documentation related to treasury activities (e.g., bank accounts, cash pooling agreements, dealing, and banking mandates, etc.) and adherence to RIM - records and information management policies
• Respond to information requests in support of other Koch capabilities (e.g., accounting, tax, finance, legal, audit)
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., FATCA, RBI, KYC, FBAR, DPDP, etc.) and the company's adherence to AML and policies globally
• Bank guarantee and L/C issuance support per business requirements.
• Ensure policies and procedures are compliant with the different local and internal regulatory requirements and standards - AML and KYC requests from the banks are addressed
• Leverage the usage of Treasury technology: treasury management system Kyriba and other treasury tools (FXAll, Tableau, etc) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness on the Treasury processes

Learn and advance the Market-Based Management\xc2\xae (MBM\xc2\xae) culture within the treasury team by applying the company's Guiding Principles
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

What Will Put You Ahead

• Strong user of Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of short-term investments
• Team player with ability to work autonomously, with hands on approach, strong analytical and entrepreneurial spirit
• Basic understanding of FX risk management
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to operate in a deadline driven environment, prioritize projects
• Ability to travel and interface with different cultures is a plus
